To all San Diego Softball participants:
As an organization whose mission is to bring people together, we are always committed to ensuring the health and safety of everyone playing softball in one of our leagues. We take this responsibility very seriously.
We understand the concern and uncertainty you are likely experiencing surrounding the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak. We are closely monitoring information from government agencies, medical professionals, the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) and the World Health Organization (WHO) to keep a pulse on the evolving situation.
With that said, and to be safe from any chance of COVID-19 being exposed to one of the players in our leagues, the decision has been made to put all of our current leagues on a 3 week hiatus. Effective immediately, ALL San Diego Softball leagues are now suspended through (at least) April 19, 2020. We will stay in touch with each of you via email, and will keep your health and safety in mind as we progress to restarting our leagues.
Please stay safe, wash your hands regularly and soon we'll all be back to a regular schedule not only in softball, but in life.
Stay well everyone...
